recipe of cucumber buttermilk

Cucumber buttermilk with mango
Cucumbers have most of the vitamins the body needs in a single day. Cucumbers are a good source of vitamins B. Due to its low calorie and high water content, cucumber is an ideal diet for people who are looking for weight loss.
Cucumber buttermilk is easy and you can serve it at any time.

Ingredients:
1. 1 cucumber 
2. 1 kacha mango
3. 6 - 7 mint leaves
4. 1 cup curd (dahi) / buttermilk 
5. 1 teaspoon sugar (optional)
6. 1 cup ice cube
7. salt (taste wise)
8. 1/2 cup water

Recipe:

1. Take a mixer bowl, add cucumber, kacha mango and mint leaves in it and blend / mix it properly.

2. Now, add salt, sugar, water and curd (dahi) in it and blend it properly.
3. Take a serving glass, add ice cube in it and add butter milk in it. Garnish with mint leaves and serve it.

Tip: You can add roasted cumin seeds in it.

    Do you peel the cucumber and raw mango before adding to the mixer?

    1. No need to peel it bcz it properly crushed in it and it also provide a green color...... bt if u want 2 peel it then np :)
